We want you to love your Trail & Pour gear. Every item is made to order — printed especially for you — so our policy works a little differently from a warehouse store.
30-Day Quality Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at trailandpour@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll review it and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What we cannot accept
Because each item is made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrect size, colour selection or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
